Ayam Buah Keluak accompanied with Blue Pea Rice

This is a traditional Peranakan dish which consists of chicken, mixed blended spices and buah keluak nut "meat". It is typically served with hot piping rice. Our choice of rice for this lesson would be Blue Pea Rice which is all natural and loaded with antioxidants.

Nyonya Laksa

This is definitely one of Singapore's top favourite, local rice vermicelli with sweet succulent prawns swimming in a bowl of spicy goodness. The Nyonya version is more flavourful and packs a punch. The mixed spices and coconut milk combination is truly a match made in the palate haven!

Do bring your own packaging to bring home your cooked items. To save the environment we will not be providing any plastic containers or packaging. 

This lesson will be conducted at a home based kitchen located at Pasir Ris.
